Cataph's High Elf Archers (Helmeted) - reskin

Ported this small thing from WH2. +16% more conehead in the High Elf roster. Discovered more vanilla bugs. Woopiedoo.

WHAT THIS:

- Reskins High Elf Archers (Light Armour) to wear helmets. That's it.

- This makes them more clearly deserving of +25 armour while still visually lighter than Spearmen and Gate Guard.
- Consequently updates their unit card, big unit card and minspec porthole.

Supports Zerg's Asur Hair mod.

"But my other mod actually changes hef_archer_armoured.variantmeshdefinition"
Well, then it won't be compatible and you'll have to rummage.

- Seriously this merely changes a single VMD and some heads in it, just deal with it.
