Another Tacticool Combine Replacement

For some reason after a few hours of having this replacement mod installed the combine resets back to it's default skins after a few hours of being enabled where I would have to uninstall & reinstall the mod

I checked of any other replacement mod is installed and I also removed all my other mods and kept this one installed and still had the same issue.

Broken hitboxes. Has no arms and legs locational damage.

A Non-Replacement would be nice

so cool its the best replacement that makes me feel like im still in vanilla no mods gmod for some reason
