Based on the Flak Cannon from Unreal Tournament.

Replaces Park Pigmented, and uses a lot of custom code.

Two textures are fully orientation locked, with a third being semi-locked.

Each weapon was hand crafted exactly how I wanted through use of scaling and rotation locking, and new groupings were chosen for each as well.
