An addon that attempts to replicate the Half-Life 2 Citizen eye glow effects for realism using bloodycop's GlowLib.
I am aware the colors are slightly off compared to the original. I haven't had the chance to decompile Half-Life 2 and take a look at the actual values yet, so this is the best you're gonna get. If you have any ideas on how to make this look more accurate to the original, please let me know in the comments.

This addon only includes citizen NPC models, not playermodels.

For people asking What is this?? It's a parity mod that attempts to style Garry's Mod as close to Half-Life 2 as possible. There are a lot of technical differences between both games' branches of the Source engine, so this mod uses GlowLib to attempt to keep them both visually consistent by porting over the glowing eyes effect seen in Half-Life 2's earlier City 17 levels.
