Liaozhai

This is a compilation of five nations based in varying degrees on Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio (aka the Liaozhai) by Pu Songling. While the Liaozhai is a common thread between all of them, they are additionally inspired by assorted classical Chinese works. This modpak includes all 3 ages of Cassia, EA Guanghan and LA Shang:

EA Cassia is inspired by the Liaozhai story Princess Lotus. It is a primarily Nature/Glamour and makes use of homesick immortal freespawn- the dreams of bees- that respawn (beespawn) every spring.

EA Guanghan draws from Journey to the West and the Liaozhai story The Painted Skin. A primarily Water/Nature nation with a bit of Death and Earth, it is a mix of light skirmishers and heavy hitters that have mediocre defenses at best.

MA Cassia continues to draw on Princess Lotus but also The Water Margin and A Dream of Red Mansions for inspiration. While primarily Death and Glamour, it has fairly broad path access between the cap only and foreignrec options. Speedrun the bee version of the Yellow Red Turban Revolt.

LA Cassia continues the Princess Lotus theme but also mixes in, very obviously Three Kingdoms. Air and Fire primarily, it has a heavy focus on archery as well as many summonable wizards and generals out of the novel- but in bee form.

LA Shang is inspired primarily by Creation of the Gods but has a bit of The Painted Skin from the Liaozhai in there too. A Death/Blood/Fire nation primarily, mediocre troops are supplemented with summons, conscription and several summoned wizards and eventually their revenge-seeking disciples if they are slain.

In being moved from Dominions 5 to Dominions 6 EA, MA and LA Cassia have been changed from Astral to Glamour to reflect the new magic changes, and a Glamour national communion spell has been added to them.
