You didn't expect or anticipate this, but here it is - welcome to gm_loveland.

There are plenty of places to explore on this map. Some doors are functional and take the player to other places. This map also has AI-Nodes. No additional content is needed. Have fun.

At least for me that's how it works because before I didn't have the beta installed and it crashed when loading the map

To put the betas you must go to Steam, your library, give properties of Garry's Mod, go to betas and put 86-64 Chromium

For those who experience map crashes, you need to have Garry's Mod x86-64 betas installed.
