FOTS naval movement increase mod(easier to catch AI fleeing after shore bombardment)

I got annoyed of the AI bombarding the shore and running away, so I increased naval movement.
I feel like I have about 3x more movement than before. of course only for the player. :)
Now let's get out of the pain suffer from AI shooting and running away lol

Please raise to the top of the Launcher Mod Manager


ai 해안포격하고 튀는거 짜증나서 함대 이동력 확늘렸습니다
기존 이동력에서 한 3배정도 늘어난거 같습니다 물론 플레이어만 ㅋ
이제 ai가 쏘고 튀어대는 고통에서 벗어나죠 ㅋㅋ
