(0.8 release - everything is fully functional, but I'll be cleaning up frame data and sprites for final release)

From the Pokemon franchise... Octillery Locks-On!

Notable Attacks:

Up Air / Down Air - Hitgrabs that drag the foe with Octillery a short distance.

Neutral B - Lock-On - Summons a homing reticle that aims for the nearest foe. (Triggered with Down-B)

Down B - Octazooka - Triggers a powerful snipe on Lock-On.

Up B - Bubble Beam - A gentle float. Not much verticality, but can be canceled into other attacks, and the bubbles spawned hit foes.

Side B - Sludge Bomb - An arcing projectile that doesn't do much damage, but has a very useful trajectory.
