Stadimeter mrad

描述
The mod changes the display unit when using the stadimeter from degrees to milliradians.
This can be useful when determining range, because

Distance in kilometers is equal to mast height in meters divided by the angle in milliradians

The pedantic ones will know trigonometry is involved, and use tangents for an extra centimeter of accuracy.

ok, yes it does. this mod is AWESOME

so you can be unlocked, find the mast height in book, and divide by mrads in unlocked stadimeter

does this add the mrads number to the unlocked stadimeter or is that a vanilla function?
