Healthy Glass Cannon

This mod removes the health cap provided by the Glass Cannon perk.
To balance things out, it instead sets extra health multiplier to 0 (so no extra health from pickups), which can be countered by picking Stronger Hearts (1 SH +25, 2 SH +50, etc).
More Health perk works as intended and grants +50% to current health.

Please note that this mod will only work on newly taken perks, it will not change an already applied effect.

Should be compatible with most mods unless they change how GC works, but i may make a compatibility patch if that's the case.

Everyone uses heart mage glitch anyway, why make life harder?
