Romans fire at will !

描述
This is a simplified version of my other mod Roman Pilum.

What this one does:
1) Roman legions can now fire at will ! Of course.
2) Roman pilum now has a shock wave effect, so a volley breaks enemy formation somewhat.
3) Range for pilum increased, early roman legions like the hastati has a range of 50, later all professional legions have a range of 60. Previously, the pilum has a miserable range of 40.

That's all, compatible with all other mods you throw at it, if there is problem, let me know.

Compared to my other mod, the roman legions will not be that overwhelming now. Personally I like my other mod :)

Hey, That is a great mod, do you think you could tell me how you modded the game so they behave like ranged units, with their visible range, and right clicks so you can make a range attack instead of directly attacking in melee? I would like to see if I can apply this to other units from other factions that have range attacks but don't behave like the legions do in your mod

@RobertDeHales Ancient Greeks are simply amazing! I really like their history and culture which is still so relevant to us today. Quite surprising, it seems no one ever wrote a book about the decline of Ancient Greece.

Ahah, alright. I was of a fan of Roman units, but I'm leaning more for the Greek units with all the spectacular reskinnings mods out there and rich history of the Greeks.

@RobertDeHales, No, the Greek precursors are unchanged. I just wanted to make the Roman legion a bit more special and flexible in my mods
