More Skill Points Per Level - General

Increased the skill point per level for general. There's a gradual increase of skill points per level.

Now, you can get a total of 30 skill points out of 40.

More EXP Gain:

Removed the exp grind. Now your General will level up fast and gain more exp for winning battles.

-Heroic Victory (When your outnumbered and you have less troops compared to the enemy) will grant very high amount of exp.

- Valiant Defeat (When you fight with courage and fight to the last man. Your enemy suffers heavy losses in battle but you still lose) will grant high amount of exp.

- Basic Victory will grant more exp
