Realistic Apparel Diversity [RAD] - Swampers

Makes Swampers look less like Hounds, with wider clothing/armour/hat variety and a colour palette of green and greys. You can find rags, shirts, and robes in about 10 colours. There is also a sleeveless version of the Dyed Robe worn by Swampers in this mod, which can't be found in vanilla.

Swamper Gate Guards have also had their longswords enabled now.
