Title says it.

The kill percentage roll of jester doesnt get amplified with increase in the stats of the wheel and remains the same.

Try a jester with 5k vs 0 in her second ability stats to confirm.

Someother abilities do scale however, an example of that are heal all and dmg all which caps at 3726

try 0 stats on jester ab2 vs 5k or any thing high you will kill the same ammount using kill pct
