This one flies if you turn off autotrim and pray to various old gods.

How to use:

Ctrl+R to start engine. Throttle up to ~3% for neat visual effects while waiting for all 8 lift props to get power. Press 2 for more drip. Press H for less crash. May press 3 to cover the drip.

With these series of steps out of the way, and every box ticked on the checklist, you can begin your unrestricted ascent. Raise throttle to something 35% or over and you will take off. 30-33% will allow for taxiing. Generally 34% while hovering will slowly drift down, but while moving may result in lift.

Water landings can be achieved at nearly any speeds. ChA will result in a barrel roll, or flipping over.

Mixed inputs can do weird things, especially with autotrim enabled.
