"Hello, this is David from Miami Clean 'n Repair, we've had multiple calls about the alleyways over at 600 North West 108th Street and the stench coming from them. Our other operators are currently unavailable so you're going to have to head down there."

Again, it's been a long time since I've made a map. Wanted to remake one of my first maps since it was a bit of a mess. Had a lot of fun just recreating everything and trying to get a full combo tho!
