I-16 Type 5 [China]

This mod adds I-16 Type 5 as a fighter for Republic of China, for now, the modded one. Made Type 5 specifically mostly for the sake of diversity.

Features 2 x 7.62mm machine guns (reduced their rate of fire from 1800 to 1200 due to sound issues, still sounds bad tbh, don't know what to do)
