AirEx is a pretty cool concept.
Advisors didn't get the proper air the needed during the Combine Invasion (7 Hour War), so they made a large complex to expell the air Advisors breathe. BUT, Humans couldn't breath the air. They would "cough blood everywhere the moment they took they're mask off"

That one green m10m gas mask is actually not reallistic at all. The filters are in the cheeks, and not on the outside. trust me, i own one of those.
