Since it seems that Owlchemist is no longer modding Rimworld, decided to update it to version 1.5.

A graphical mod which alters the appearance of chunk clusters. Chunks are drawn at random rotations, scale, offset, and given a second layer of rocky rubble which only despawns after the chunks are cleared. Rocky cliff faces also have a layer of rubble scattered along their edges.

Dont mind me, i started to dig tunnel and they appeard, they just dont spawn when u add mod but once u create world with this mod, u gonna see it everywhere, if not then you will only see it when digging or going on missions

Seems like its not showing up with Clean Textures mod

This mod is throwing an error in my log whenever I deconstruct or mine any wall or rock on any map. Verified by Rimpy log analyzer to be this mod;

Root level exception in OnGUI(): System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
