I thought I ported this dude already. Guess not. Uploaded by request.

This is ported as-is from the game. I have no plans on making this guy functional to be more cinematic with his features and face flexes.

Also, fun fact - Running With Scissors originally didn't want this guy in the game. Mostly because nobody outside of a small community in Russua knows who the hell this man is.
