Enemy Hit Effects REBORN

This is a port/continuation of a mod by Graydee and Lunatix, now for the current version of TML.
The mod makes enemies produce visual effects when hit to improve feedback and be move visually appealing.

A huge thanks to:
Graydee and Lunatix, for creating the original mod and allowing me to continue the mod in their stead
Crinfarr. for coding help

Really cool mod, however it would be really nice if there were config options to disable the white flash as its pretty buggy and heavily displaced when attacking enemies from mods with more "advanced" visuals. Mainly wulfrum robots and Crabulon from Calamity Fables.
