The Vortal Coil is a collaborative effort between the innovative technology of the rebels, and the mystical mastery of the Vortal arts of the Vortigaunts. From this building, the Chi rebels can upgrade their weaponry which utilizes the same energies as the vorts, further increasing their mastery over the Vortessence.
