GTCS/IGTC Remodel + Silverdo Motorsport Replaces Oakham MRT

This is a sequel to my existing Silverdo - Oakham mod, this one changes the Championship much heavier. Changes to this mod.

1. Oakham MRT becomes Silverdo Motorsport
Background: Oakham MRT sold their naming rights to Silverdo, an automotive company in Spain.
2. Drivers: Phillip Taylor and Vanessa Silveira have been swapped between Oakham and Nicholson, respectively. Contracts remain the same.
3. Silverdo becomes a near-permanent sponsor on Oakham's car. (1000 race contract)
4. Team colors and Livery: Oakham's blue is now Orange.
5. Headquarter Location: Levels remain unchanged. HQ is in Spain now.
6. Championship prize money has been altered for the GT Championship, as well as more viewers to better match the other racing series on the game.
7. Chairman: Oakham's chairman is now a new person from Spain, to help with the realism of being bought out by a Spanish company.
8. Mechanics: Albert Porter and Rosa Molina have been swapped as mechanics.
9. Rules changed:
1. Long Practice sessions in GTCS amd IGTC
2. Ardennes has been added as the 2nd race in the GTCS calendar. Yokohoma is now 9th, Guildford is 4th, Phoenix track A is now track D.
3. Teams can pick any tires for a weekend in GTCS and IGTC
4. Practice is now 30 minutes in both GT series', while a medium practice length is now 20 mins, long is 30 mins.
10. Things left unchanged...
1. Team intro video, i'm not even sure where to start with this.
2. Staff and driver hat and shirt logos, i havent been able to find a great fix for the white box issue that shows up if I add a logo to be placed on the hat.
3. Everything else in the game is all vanilla.
