[GM] Coast - Inlet Pre-war

Summer along the coast.

Nothing should be required as it should all be packed into the bsp. The map file itself should be "gm_coast_inlet_prewar", minus the quotation marks.

Do note that while no game should be required, the size and scope of the map might cause some issues for users on lower end PCs despite rigorous optimization. As well, be aware that despite attempts to prevent conflicts, other workshop items might still conflict with assets used in the map.

• d1_coast_09 seen in a clear summer day before the Combine
  
• Cleaned up textures. Planes, boats, and seagulls have all returned too.
  
• Outdoor areas and tunnels
  
• Two different teleport destinations from a spawn room
  
• Navmesh and nodegraph. Navmesh should extend to most areas, save the deep water.

While in the Gmod Sandbox mode, any dead bodies, blood stains, activated map scripts or other changes can be cleaned/reset using this: Pressing Q -> Utilities -> Admin -> Cleanup -> Cleanup Everything

Another case of wanting to do something with this map but not really being able to until now. I've also tried experimenting a bit. Played with the sky colour and even got a boat to move in the skybox. Also tried experimenting with some extra lighting settings and options though I think I will have to play with those more.
