unfortunately no, the map is similar to yours due to the sky roads but there's a difference, the skybox is kinda too gray or it's the same as your map, the very large structure is bigger than all the other buildings in the high tech city map, the underground floor i mention has a very huge terrain i think. i remember the thumbnail of the map but not the name ):

According to your description, the map "High Tech City" fits very well, maybe that's it?

reminds me a very big map with roads on the sky and the other that leads underground. there's also a large buildings that's either towers the roads or not, quite sad that i can't remember what it's called, would be appreciated if someone help me figure it out (:
