Animated Shark Portraits for 3.12+

Once again, Stellaris has updated and left the portrait mods whose authors have disappeared in the dustbin. This mod follows the spirit of the previous mod author's wishes and requires you to install all previous mods AND place them in the correct order in your playset, restoring both the custom portraits for the Sharkanian and the Deep Tide prescripted civilization.

Please note that you need the Aquatics Species Pack in order for the Deep Tide civilization to appear in your game. Otherwise, the portraits will appear under the Molluscoid category and you will have to make your own civilization with them.
