More-detailed Continental America Map Resource

Following the tutorial of Edouard Saladier,

This is that mod with rivers, Puerto Rico, and states for the US. This is taken directly from my work in progress mod Land of the Divided, so that's where the state divisions and countries come from.

There are no pops, VPs, adjacencies, strategic regions, etc. This from the original mod has more divisions and rivers, which is not a lot, but it lowers the entry barrier for those who want to use stuff like this a lot.

If buildings are fixed I did the hard work of finding the broken state so you should be able to find it easily.
