adds simple halo to dropped weapons (should support every weapon)
halo will be visible only if you aim at weapon and be close enough
type "w_halo_" into console to find the console commands

recomended addons:
drop weapon
manual weapon pickup OR VManip manual weapon pickup
(vmanip version alredy have toggleable halo so this addon will be useless)
