描述
This is a copy of the vanilla small police station with heating disable. It is intended to inhibit crime in industrial areas far away from the city, where there is no heating.

Most of the work is actually "re-understand" the mod tools once you come back to it, after a long time. It is not intuitive.

@Toni Sorry, it's too much work... You can look in the workshop, i'm sure there is some. I think the "tudor" and "early european" building don't have heating.
I made this becouse there is crime in the industries, and we don't have a no heating version like the fire station. An oversight of the dev imo.
