Okay so this might be challenging though, Its the Half Life Alyx concept art Combine Soldier style reskin

For the base recolour/reskin, It'll be based on the Concept art Ordinal (2nd soldier from the left) of the image,
but their Insignia/Emblem on their shoulder pad is based on the Wallhammer concept (the beefy 3rd one from the left)
