Combine Soldiers with Beta Flatline Noise

This is literally the first addon that I uploaded to the workshop. I hope this does well...

What does this do? Simple.

It gives the soldiers a flatline noise when they die, similar to the cops when you kill them. But unlike other addons with a similar goal, this addon uses a unique flatline noise from the 2003 Leak of Half-Life 2.

It's a simple replacement addon, but I hope you liked it regardless.
