Welcome to yet another industrial-based weapon mod which continues the Arsenal series by introducing a vanilla-like set of weapons to enhance and expand the existing tech tree.

Vanilla Arsenal adds 6 new equippable industrial tech guns designed to fit into the already present weapon research tree.

@GapeHole: It's not an incendiary weapon, it's an explosive weapon that targets blunt armor, which is the weakest armor category on Mechanoids and most other things.

Wait so remove the whole point of it being a more dangerous sniper rifle that can harm you and your enemies through aoe damage and fire, and instead make it a better sniper rifle with fire damage and viable armor pen? You do realize the gimmick is that it's dangerous to shoot on your tile around your pawns but in exchange it's much more deadly against foes at a safe distance away right? But yeah I think it's more like the lore not really lining up with the function but fire damage against mechanoids isn't really that effective anyway, the weapon honestly feels like some sort of weird prototype weapon developed to combat cover and roast people like chicken

Thermorifle doesn't seem very balanced? It has 100% accuracy on any pawn, shreds and burns targets, it's basically a grenade sniper rifle with even more range that counter-intuitively is better against humans because mechs don't burn and explosives have terrible armor penetration.

IMO, remove the explosive component, it makes the gun too strong and causes issues with projectiles hitting trees and friendlies right next to the shooter. Also higher armor penetration and stopping power to suit its role as anti-mechanoid. Even without the explosive part it still outperforms the vanilla sniper rifle.

Really liking the extra weapons but there is one issue. The combat shotgun does more damage than the other vanilla/vanilla expanded/etc shotguns at 18 and has both extreme range of 21 for a shotgun, along with an ultra nasty 4 shot burst. Possibly a little bit lower on the damage/burst side as it outperforms anything that isn't a charge weapon or minigun at range. Tearing through basically any target.
