Intro Inspired Witch

Reworks the Witch to be more like the one in the intro

- reworked melee damage, she deals 60 per hit to survivors who aren't incapped, but can shred through incapped survivors much faster
- reduced movement speed, allowing the survivors to outrun her if they have a headstart
- increased aggression rate, and takes much longer to calm down
- 1600 health for extra survivability
- no area glow or music. She can catch the survivors off guard more easily

This mod uses the damage hook function, which may result in conflicts or crashes if used with other mods that have the same function.
