Viewmodel Crouch Tilting

I thought there were already addons like this but there's none,
so I made this one.

It might be is incompatible with most of the addons that move your viewmodel.
if the ironsight of the weapon broke, try disabling the viewmodel offset or maybe blacklist the weapon
with the new commands crouch_tilt_blacklist or unblacklist with crouch_tilt_unblacklist.
