Lost Cultist Boss

this mod adds a new boss, this time from the game Little Samson from nes I show here the Lost Cultist, which is a powerful magician.

it can appear at Downpour/Dross (first time doing a boss for these floors)

it includes it's own boss theme.

stage api is required to make this mod work.
