just spray your spray onto like anything
change settings under options>chen's addons>sssprays in the spawnmenu
hold alt to spray normal spray instead
change decalfrequency convar to be able to spam them more

and isnt it like 10 by default? maybe you set it to 0 in autoexec or something?
