Do not skip any control room cinematic

Last piece of the Halo 3 campaign forge.

Reach campaign forge is imposible cause AI place is incompatible with multiplayer, only the scenario forge is posible with limited level progression.

• Do not skip any control room cinematic, game is going to crash if the 343 betray one is skiped.
  
• to play on UNSC team, be on green team.
  
• player can use elites, but they don't have all animations, so they hold some weapons incorrectly and can't use some vehicles at all.

• melee + zoom = ai ignore player
  
• melee + jump + grenade trow = braindead AI
  
• removed erase all AI due too being a paIN IN THE ASS

• somewhat working level progresion (cinematics, ai battles with pathfinding and all those stuff)
  
• new weapons
  
• new vehicles
  
• ai spawners

mod assets have been really reworked and now are consistent with its content (except custom wheel vehicles, i am bad with those) it took me long to fix this mod becuase i had to update huds and make sure everything worked correctly.

• Game will not end automaticly, you will need to exit when it finishes.
  
• AI scarab fires like it´s leaking its juice and fires at covenant.
  
• simulated night time is bad
  
• railgun is messed up
  
• game will crash if control room cinematics are skiped
