Windows 9x Icon Pack WIP

Warning this pack will break other packs as it is still a work in progress. This pack will replace all the UI icons in the game with ones from the 9x era, However I have a job and not a lot of time to sift through around 4000 old icons to find what will be the right fit. I am posting this pack now so I can get suggestions as for which Icons I should use where. I will credit anyone that gives a suggestion in the pack description.
