Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure CCK Heavy (Bill)

This mod replaces Bill with CCK Heavy (Civil Conduct Keepers) from Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure. Added bloody texture for The Passing corpse model.

The CCK are a government controlled police force that attacks any criminal suspect with lethal force, so long as no news cameras are present. They carry body armor, gas masks, and batons. Higher ranking CCK wear silver armor instead of the standard orange and some carry rifles.

It consists of:
- Model itself;
- First person arms;
- Coach's animations;
- Custom proportions;
- Custom item placements;
- Boomer's bile texture;
- The Passing deathpose;
- VGUI icons.

Known issue - Be careful while using custom weapons and items, as they can mess up arms' rig and model itself.
