Halo 2 Media Player Spawn Menu Skin

Heavily inspired by the recently released HL2 equivalent to this addon for reminding me that one of these existed for Halo 2.

Here is a spawnmenu themed in the style of the old Halo 2 Windows Media Player skin, with some design influence taken from the old Windows XP theme. This addon includes lua to set this gwenskin (spawnmenu) to active by default.
