use lobotomy_start and lobotomy_end. the commands should be self-explanatory.

there's a 5% chance to get a lobotomy every time you join the game.

use lobotomy_chance to change that chance.

this is the thing i did like half a year ago but never felt like releasing, until the goober colloquially known as PepperoniByte saw it in my game and said it's cool.
