Raiders of the North Sea (Refreshed)

I decided to combine a few things I liked from various similar mods, to clean things up and improve on my scripting knowledge. Credit to bick, YuL, Crichton, d35u, and Zenko for their original efforts.

In the latest wave of updates, I created a way to select which individual expansion to play with, as long as choosing either just the base game or both expansions included.
