描述

EMUs built by Kawasaki Heavy Industries (M9) and Alstom (M9A) for the MTA's Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad. Entered service in 2019, replacing the aging M3 series from the 1980s.

Liveries:

Base: Recolourable generic livery.
LIRR: Yellow nose and side stripes based on the expecting look of the M9A LIRR trains
Metro North: Blue nose and side strips based on the expected look of the M9A Metro North trains
