Hey guys look, it's the bootleg LBSCR B1.

But in all seriousness, these two liveries were made for fun.

Anyways, history time:
The London and Southwestern Railway class A12, were class 0-4-2 locomotives built in 1887 by William Adams. A Total of ninety of these locomotives were built, fifty at The London and Southwestern Railway Nine Elms works, and the rest by Neilson & Company. Unusual locomotives for their time, (the 0-4-2 wheel arrangement was not common in that era) not much is really known about there service lives. It is known they were named “Jubilees” because the first batch appeared in the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria's reign. Withdrawals started in 1928 by the Southern railway, though four of them survived into BR ownership. The four A12s lasted until 1948 when Three of the four locomotives were finally withdrawn, with fourth one becoming a stationary boiler until 1951. Unfortunately no members of the class have been preserved.
