SERVER INVITE CODE: j3TBMkAtXe

Adds Providence Characters and 3 Guns from Hitman 3's Mission Untouchable, Includes the Soldiers / Commandos, Guards / Security and also Office Staff and a Doctor. Also includes 3 guns (Which have black and white variants, and one has a "Suppressor".

Q: Why is the armor part of the limbs?
A: Well uhh its cooler that way, Easier to grab and so.

@proateverything i could, but i would not be able to upload them to ppg workshop due to my workshop ban, i could upload em to gamebanana or have someone else upload em but i dont really feel like making more hitman mods.
