Updated version of gm_conflux_night, with prettier lights and darker spaces.

Having the outdated ver. installed is harmless, although you should uninstall it to save disk space (it has a different mapname, with the outdated ver. having the "_old" suffix)

A giant cliff-side facility in the ocean. It converts and generates enormous power, but apparently not enough to keep the lights on.
So if not for decent lighting, then where is all of that power diverted?
