Sensible Sandbags

Cover more ground with dirt, sand and gravel bags! Now features gravity assisted distribution!

Greetings,

This Micro-mod effectively alters 4 entries in 2 files (3 item entries and one function), as well as adding 2 new recipes:
- Firstly, the contents of each dirt/sand/gravel bag will be sufficient for 10 tiles total.
- Secondly, the time it takes to distribute said contents has been drastically lowered*.
- The recipes allow you to make gravel or sand bags from foraged stones with the help of a sledgehammer.

*Originally there was no configured time, so a fallback was used instead, one that's minisculely affected by your Carpentry skill.)
