Time Stop V2

I looked over the first Time Stop and thought I could make a dio version with some updates making the swep better.

M1 | 11 Second Time Stop that freezes players in a area
M2 | Retro Dio's laugh, this also swaps between TWOH & TW SFX for M1

The swep now also does NOT need anyone near it to time stop where as in the original you needed someone there to trigger it, it also now works on NPC's for some of you single player gamers

It is an AOE swep, It does NOT freeze the entire server to make it more viable if someone wanted to put it on a multiplayer server

Please consider leaving a like I spent a decent amount of time on this and am pretty proud of how it turned out
