Ebola virus Arkansas Aggressor Variant (EBOV-AAR)
or Pine Madness as the people of Arkansas called it.
Spread through rural Arkansas for months before breaking through the border into Tennessee where it further spread to Louisiana, Mississippi, and Kentucky.

The U.S government set up a massive quarantine line. Houston, Indianapolis, Montgomery, and New Orleans were established military defense fronts, evacuating survivors and collecting samples.

The virus was determined to be a type of hemorrhagic virus a strain of Ebola that somehow made its way to America

STAGE 1
Bruising of the skin in large patches

Stomach Bleeding along with vomiting up blood

High Fever

STAGE 2
Weakness, fatigue
Anemia
Hemorrhaging of the blood vessels below the skin leading to parts of the skin dying and falling off
Irritability
Bloody stool
Blood vessels in eyes rupture

STAGE 3
Extreme confusion, and aggression. person may experience hallucination and delusion

The person retains some level of intelligence however they can only say a handful of words often begging the doctors not to hurt them

the infection causes issues with motor function but also causes a huge spike in adrenaline production, causing muscle strength to go unregulated.
some of the people infected will run while others will walk
and some will crawl across the ground at high speeds, they often hurt themselves while doing this.
