I found a bug too broken if you have damocles.
Basically the item continues to function normally but thanks to Damocles it now makes 3 items appear depending on the room and you can take them all.

This is so cute lol

I would love it if there will be an option to make the familiars temporary for the floor kinda like a cooler and more uniqe monster manual. but even without that, great consept!

Yeah, I'll probably do that then, ofc making it obvious that it's another version of your mod and sending people here, but I would like to post it so that others can enjoy if they have the same thoughts as me here. Sorry if that came off as tryina take y'all's ideas, y'all made a great mod and I don't want that to be taken from ya just because I wanted to tweak it for people like me :)

The item is obviously a complete run winner if you spawn it right on the first floor! Finding it later in the run still makes it really good, but the later you find it, the exponentially less effective it gets. And it's a secret room item after all.
The idea of having it only be usable once kinda defeats the "party" aspect of the item too.

If you want to create a weaker version that is just a one-time-use for yourself, that's fine ofc. But just editing our mod slightly and re-publishing it does not feel right to us.

I'm with the other guy here, this seems really fun but super OP as an item generator. Would you be interested in making a single-use version, requiring charge but paying out only once like Eden's Soul? If not, I plan to make that version myself, that way I can use the item without it feeling unfair (crediting you ofc)

We've made a custom pool! Mainly because we wanted to include and exclude certain items. For example excluding the familiars that aren't babies. (like the numerous fly items and such, there's a lot of items we didn't want to include here )
